A premier beauty studio located in Port St. Lucie, Florida. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and any interactions you may have with our studio. By booking an appointment, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the Terms outlined below.

Services Provided

We offer a wide range of services including but not limited to:

Permanent Makeup (Eyebrows, Eyeliner, Lips)Body Sculpting and Contouring Skin Care and Anti-Aging Treatments Specialty Techniques (Illusion Brow™, Lip Neutralization, Digital Microblading)Customized Treatment Plans

All services are provided by trained and certified professionals and tailored based on individual consultation and medical disclosures.

Consultation and Medical Disclosure

Prior to receiving services, all clients are required to:

Complete an initial consultation Submit a health and medical history form Disclose any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or recent procedures

Failure to disclose accurate health information may result in cancellation or denial of service without refund. Beauty By Kitten reserves the right to decline service if any health or safety concern is identified.

Booking and Reservation Policy

Reservations are required and can be made via our website, by phone, or in person. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment No walk-ins are accepted without prior consultation. Minors under the age of 18 must have parental consent and may be restricted from certain services.

Payments and Financing

We accept all major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods. We offer flexible financing via Cherry. Terms are subject to credit approval. Full payment is due at the time of service unless financing has been pre-arranged.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may result in a 50% charge of the booked service. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge of the booked service. Repeated no-shows may result in termination of the client relationship.

Refunds and Service Adjustments

All sales are final. No refunds are issued for services rendered in the event of dissatisfaction, we may offer a complimentary touch-up or adjustment within 14 days of service completion at our discretion. Any concerns must be communicated in writing to: [email protected]

Children and Guests Policy

For the safety and comfort of all clients, no children or additional guests are permitted in the treatment areas unless medically necessary or pre-approved. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of the session without refund.

Client Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

Arrive on time and prepared for your appointment Refrain from using mobile phones or taking calls during treatment Follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided Refrain from abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

Failure to comply may result in refusal of service or being banned from future bookings.

Health & Safety

We uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation, including:

Use of medical-grade sterilization Disposable tools where applicable Compliance with Florida health regulations

Clients exhibiting signs of illness (fever, rash, cold, etc.) will be asked to reschedule.

Liability Disclaimer

Beauty By Kitten and its staff are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from client non-disclosure, pre-existing conditions, or failure to follow post-care instructions By receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept the risks involved and agree to hold Beauty By Kitten harmless from any resulting injury or dissatisfaction.

Photography and Testimonials

We may request before-and-after photos for promotional or educational purposes. Your consent will be obtained in writing prior to the use of your images. Testimonials may be published on our website or social media platforms.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of booking, consultation, and communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent. Our complete privacy policy is available on our website.

Amendments to Terms

Beauty By Kitten reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the state.
